Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele.He will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling Media products offerings.Achieving targets month on month.Acquiring new corporate clients directly or through Large media.agencies Pan Mumbai.Should liaison with Large media planning and buying agencies in Mumbai and other places.Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.Proven sales track record.Experience in customer support is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Proficiency in English.Market knowledge.Communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport.Time management and planning skills.A Business Development Manager works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. Business Development Managers work with mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff.He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. Strategic planning is a key part of this job description, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
