Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious Interior Designer to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will lead and execute design workflows for premium luxury residences and high-end hospitality venues (boutique hotels, fine dining, lounges). You will be responsible for bringing conceptual vision to life from initial space planning and high-end 3D visualisations through to detailed technical drawings and on-site fit-out execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •
Concept & Mood Boards:
Develop creative interior concepts, color schemes, material palettes, and bespoke aesthetic directions for luxury residential and hospitality spaces. 2D Design & Working Drawings: Draft detailed architectural plans, furniture layouts, elevation drawings, electrical/plumbing schedules, and custom joinery/millwork specifications using AutoCAD. 3D Rendering & Visualisation: Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and presentation decks to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. Site Supervision & Technical Coordination: Conduct regular site visits across Delhi-NCR to monitor execution, maintain strict quality control, and resolve on-site technical challenges with contractors. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate seamlessly with turn-key contractors, carpenters, MEP teams, and specialized material suppliers to ensure timely completion. BOQ & Material Sourcing: Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and sourcing premium finishes, soft furnishings, architectural lighting, and custom furniture.
REQUIREMENTS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Qualifications & Background: •
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
* 2+ years of dedicated experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
*Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, custom furniture, and lighting design.
*Familiarity with vendor networks and material markets across Delhi-NCR.
