Description:
- Coordinate software development projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and client meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, maintain MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate between development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and business teams.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, project plans, and dashboards.
- Communicate project updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure timely collection of project requirements and proper documentation.
- Track change requests and coordinate implementation with the technical team.
- Support Agile/Scrum processes and ensure adherence to project methodologies.
- Monitor resource utilisation and project budgets where applicable.
- Assist in project testing, deployment planning, and release coordination.
- Ensure projects comply with company quality standards and delivery processes
