Description:
Must have hands-on experience working in the Circuit card assembly section. Supervision capabilities. Ensure testing of machines as per production schedule and Test Procedure. Ensure Inspection of machines as per production schedule and inspection procedure. Take suitable corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with other dept. to achieve the target. Coordinate with external Inspection Agencies, as and when required. Should be aware of the latest testing process. Should have Knowledge of standards like ISO / BIS etc. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
