Requirement :
1.Understand and gain expertise in working process, guidelines and parameters of the assignments, and explain,
assign & monitor the same to the data entry analysts or to personally execute the same if required.
2.Monitor the team members for maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
3.Provide floor support and guidance to the team members as required.
4.Impart training to the team members on new projects, updates etc.
5.Interacting with US clients.
6.Project Monitoring & Analysis, Quality Analysis, Productivity optimization, Coordination, Reporting.
