We seek an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our lifestyle fashion retail team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to drive sales and enhance the in-store shopping experience. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in lifestyle or fashion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sales and persuasion ability. Good sense of fashion and style. Team player with a positive attitude and high energy. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable lifestyle and fashion products. Provide styling advice and product information to enhance customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines. Manage point-of-sale processes, including billing, cash handling, and returns. Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups and loyalty programs. Stay updated on current fashion trends and new product launches. Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and empathy. Maintain stock levels, assist in stock replenishment, and manage inventory.
