Installation & Configuration of all type of CCTV Camera (Axis/Pelco/Bosch/CP-Plus). Installation of NV. Installation of Server. Configuration of CCTV analytic software (Milestone/Gentec/Other relevant software. Installation & Configuration of Access Control System. Installation & Configuration of PA system.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues with telecom services, such as network connectivity, voice and data transmission, VoIP, wireless technologies, and broadband systems.Monitor Network Performance: Continuously monitor telecom networks, systems, and servers to ensure maximum uptime and identify potential issues before they escalate. Customer Support: Provide Tier 1/2/3 technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems for both residential and business customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Escalation and Coordination: Collaborate with advanced technical teams and escalate complex issues to engineers or specialists for resolution when necessary.
