Job Summary:
Seeking to hire Full Desk Recruiters who also enjoy business development. The resource will need to bring some of their own business, working a full-desk. Should be a Graduate in any stream. Should have good communication and convincing skills. Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure. Should have sound Technical Background.US staffing is mandatory.
Job Description:
Need an experienced IT Recruiter with US staffing experience, with excellent communication and writing skills.Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.Good level of experience to deal with candidates/Vendors professionally and negotiate rates.Self owned vendor list for c2c closures.Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.Screening, short listing, sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites, referrals.Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting desk, generating client business through your own leads, negotiating fee agreements, presenting resumes, negotiating rates, scheduling interviews, working directly with the clients and consultants. Source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties.Write job descriptions.Have applicants come in for formal interviews.Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.Arrange for travel and lodging.Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant.Hand out and grade assessments.Participate in final selection of applicant.Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.
Requirements:
Current/Prior experience in Recruiting and working directly with end clients, enjoys working both sides of the desk Current/Prior experience in business development for new accounts or within existing accounts. Experience doing cold calls to both clients and candidates and has no problem doing industry minimums calls/day in either business development and/or recruiting. Experience working with Applicant Tracking/Sales Systems Experience creating basic Excel spreadsheets and Word docs. Experience using sourcing tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Must have excellent written and presentation skills.Proven work experience as a Recruiter.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc).Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong decision-making skills.
