Description:
candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for IT and BPO roles. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the selection process. Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.Employee Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Implement induction programs to familiarize new employees with company culture and policies.
