Job Summary:

We are Looking Sr. Embedded Hardware engineer for Ahmadabad location. should have strong work experience in Electronic, Microcontroller Hardware Board Designing domain. hands-on PCB, IoT, C language.Experience of different 8, 16 and 32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessor.Experience to PCB Designing, protocols like RS232, 485, 12C, SPI.

Job Description:

Milestone release emails to the customer. Ensure about all milestone emails from all team. All projects milestone tracing with effort hours. Check release note with SOW. Regularly check PMS for task updates of the team. Working with C Level executives regarding projects updates. Attending the Executive / Management Team Meeting. Collaborate with Resource Manager regarding resource requirement and allocation. Collaboration with QEG Head for existing and new process implementation. Translate client requirements to a team and make sure they have understood it correctly.Prepare/review task sheet and with an accurate timeline after discussion with the team. Supporting in product architecture (Framework, Database, Communications, API& 39;s etc.).Maintain high performance, optimized code and make sure the team is also following the same. Learn and explain new technologies and solutions to teammates. Review teams activity on a daily basis, Ensuring daily standup meetings with the team. Code Reviews and provides inputs if need. Define test plan. Ensure responsiveness of the web applications & proper delivery to the customer. Maintain web application testing in Excel Sheet/Bug Tracking Portal with Test Cases and ensure the team is also doing same Identify and supporting team to correct bugs and make sure to get it fixed in stipulated time. Attending meetings with team daily basis (Max. 5-10 Mints). Conduct technical session for the team if needed. Support the team if they stuck with any technical/other challenges. Documentation - ISO, Process, Release Note, Success Stories, Closure Document, Change Request Documents. Make sure all your data/team data being backup weekly by IT Admin Maintain timely delivery of projects and customer satisfaction. Make sure SVN is committed every day by a team with proper SVN logs filled.Email/Skype/Zoom/WebEx meeting communication with the client. Ensure All ISO documents to be filled properly. Manage delivery operations. Ensure team following proper coding & commenting practices. Team KPI Measurement & Quarterly performance meeting. Ensure that the quality objectives parameters to be matched. Required very good experience of Developing Schedules, Time Estimating, Cost Estimating, Planning and Defining Scope, Documentation, Creating Charts and Schedules, Risk Analysis, Managing Risks and Issues, Monitoring and Reporting Progress. Have strong verbal and written communication skills and organized presentation skills. Required very good experience of Team Leadership and Management of Resources. Required very good experience of Customer communications over Phone/Skype Call, chat and over E-mail. Good hands-on Project management tools. Good general IT skills - MS Office, Visio, etc. Required good knowledge of Enclosure design (understand fitting, fixing, material understanding) to develop project enclosure. Required very good experience in Industrial Systems. Experience of different 8, 16 and 32-bit microcontrollers and microprocessor. Experience of High-speed design and Analog design. Experience to PCB Designing, protocols like RS232, 485, 12C, SPI. Experience of Power supply- SMPS design, DC/DC converter, LDOs. Experience of Analog, Digital, and embedded system. Experience of Hardware Testing and debugging. Good understanding of Hardware interfacing (RF, GPS, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SD Card, Memory stick) Essential Good working knowledge of various communication protocols including RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, BLE Good experience to prepare product documents like Project Manual, etc. Good experience in preparing technical documents.Experience and Ability in developing different products in the Power Electronics, Digital control system, ECU, handheld measuring equipment, Touch screen displays, Experience in wireless products and protocols. Knowledge & experience in EMI/EMC compliance, Automotive or medical complain. Basic skills in embedded software architecture and embedded C programming. Experience in PCB design a plus - previous experience in designing embedded systems with microcontrollers, power regulators, filters Knowledge of real-time operating systems, digital signal processing, and digital control. Developing schematics, supporting PCB designers on PCB layout design. The board brings up. Functional testing, debugging and root causing of issues. Support other cross-functional teams during application testing and debug.
