Job Summary:
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.To be successful in this role, should have previous experience managing the operation of a store while taking accountability for reaching targets.should also be able to remotely supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals.candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Job Description :
Responsible for sales and marketing functions in the designated region.Responsible for strengthening quality dealer network with the help of his team.Should keep motivating his team members and dealers to achieve desired targets.Must participate in development activities with his team members on periodic basis and to guide them for improvements.Must ensure timely reporting of daily/weekly/monthly tour reports, expense reports,competitors’ activities, area /market information and update management with all important happenings in his area.Should visualize and propose the products to achieve higher volumes to increase penetration and the market share.Should be proactive to make inroads into untapped markets and create effective dealer network.Detailed career planning of ASMs’ and SOs’ with continuous training for updation of
their skills to ensure retention of staff.Responsible for controlling the expenses of the region within the allocated budget.To Launch the Company in state.Should have good back GROUND of Territorial knowledge, Launching of Company & Good Market Reputation.Should be Good Leader with good Market hold.Should be able to create distribution Platform & Team.Should have an Expertise of OTC & HEALTHCARE Products.Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operation.Evaluate store and individual performances.Report on regional sales results.Forecast quarterly and annual profits.Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role.Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).Familiarity with CRM software.Understanding of store operations.Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.Availability to travel as needed.
