Description:
currently seeking a Japanese-speaking Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team.Previous experience in Quality Assurance, customer support, or related roles is preferred.Familiarity with Japanese cultural nuances and business etiquette.Quality Auditing:Conduct quality assurance audits of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with client guidelines, service standards, and operational processes.Evaluate and assess communication for linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and fluency in Japanese.Identify areas for improvement in language use and provide actionable feedback to team members. Collaboration and Calibration:Participate in weekly and monthly calibration sessions and synchronization meetings with in-house teams to align on QA metrics, processes, and client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and client stakeholders, to refine QA processes.
