To monitor calls/emails/chats on the evaluation form. To share regular feedback with agents. To conduct calibration sessions with the client/OPS/Training team. Should have knowledge of QC tools & MS office. To gather & analyses performance data. To share TNI with the training team on the basis of observations.
Job Description:
To monitor calls/emails/chats on the evaluation form. To share regular feedback with agents. To conduct calibration sessions with the client/OPS/Training team. Should have knowledge of QC tools & MS office. To gather & analyses performance data. To share TNI with the training team on the basis of observations. To plan and conduct team briefings/dip checks/PKTs etc. To train new hires on Quality Parameters & CTQs. Candidate should have excellent communication & analytical skills. Develop test scripts utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes. Interact with various resources at workspace like a business, development as well as analyst teams. Implement test scripts, record actual results and identify defects.
