Description:
Act as single point contact to Co-ordinate between Sales, Engineering Manager, Purchase Manager, Accounts Manager, Quality Team, Stores and Dispatch for smooth and on time dispatch.Minimum 10-15 years experience managing project teams.Minimum 3 years of cross-functional experience with scheduling, engineering, quality, or customer service functions.Strong communication, organizational and computer skills.Effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict, develop employees, and facilitate corrective action while fostering an environment that supports values and philosophy.A change agent with strategic focus and executive command.Good in Decision making & Analytical proficiency.Remain point of contact for post order execution communication with all stakeholders. Assesses a variety of situations and provide clarity to team and stakeholders.Supervise and direct the organisation’s dispatch procedures to ensure they function smoothly and effectively.Accountable for managing and supervising the work of his team, i.e. allocating assignments, establishing due dates, and keeping track of performance.Oversee supplier and vendor associations to ensure that they are fulfilling the needs and demands of the organisation.Develop improvements in project execution methods, standards, and procedures to ensure effective use of resources.Facilitate regular meetings to review order progress and to resolve outstanding order issues to meet on-time shipment commitments.Any other work assigned by MD.
