Description:
Min. 15 Years of experience in with a focus on sheet metal processes. Proficiency in sheet metal processes, fabrication, and surface finishing. Expertise in operating and maintaining sheet metal machinery. In-depth knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001, FMEA, and SQC/SPC methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent planning and organizational capabilities. Effective communication and coordination across cross-functional teams.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead – Mech Factory to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of sheet metal cabinets and parts, ensuring that quality and production goals are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in sheet metal processes, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to drive performance and continuous improvement.Production & Quality Management: Develop and implement quality plans to ensure adherence to product standards. Create and manage production schedules to align with plant capacity and performance targets. Oversee daily production activities to ensure optimal efficiency and quality performance. Coordinate the development and manufacturing of prototypes, ensuring compliance with design specifications. Monitor and enforce 5S practices across the production floor for a clean and efficient workspace. Plant Operations & Maintenance: Plan and monitor maintenance schedules for plant and machinery to ensure uninterrupted operations. Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing and process costs. Engineering & Process Improvement: Update engineering designs and bills of materials (BOMs) as required. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide feedback for process corrections and improvements. Implement corrective and preventive actions based on feedback from production and design teams.Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless execution of production plans and project timelines.
