Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager.the IT Project Manager will be responsible for the administration of network and server infrastructure within all departments, planning of technology projects, managing our team of IT professionals, implementing technology security and the execution of all technology-related tasks and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.Experience in handling web development and e-commerce projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Manage the relationship with the client.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Experience in handling client calls and chats.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Provide technology strategy planning.Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness.Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success.Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs.

Skills and Qualifications:
