Description:
Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions on behalf of client companies. role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of service delivery in line with the consultancy’s standards.
Client Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies.Understand client needs, job specifications, and organizational culture to find the best-fit candidates.Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
Sourcing Candidates:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Screening and Selection:Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests as required.
Candidate Management:Provide candidates with detailed information about job roles, responsibilities, and client company culture.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Prepare candidates for interviews, including providing feedback and tips for success.Manage candidate expectations and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
Offer Management:Negotiate salary offers and employment terms between candidates and clients.Ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to offer acceptance and onboarding.Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the offer stage.
Recruitment Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and methodologies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Provide recommendations to clients on improving their recruitment strategies and processes.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
