Description:
Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions within the company, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to support strategic business goals and maintain a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Proficiency with HR software and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Recruitment & Staffing:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the solar industry.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate hiring.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and provide conflict resolution as needed.Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.Provide counseling and guidance on employee-related issues, addressing performance or behavior concerns when necessary.Performance Management:Develop and implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.Work with managers to set clear objectives and goals for employees.Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and creating development plans.Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization and develop relevant programs to enhance employee skills, particularly in the solar industry.Oversee ongoing professional development and encourage career growth opportunities for staff.Ensure the successful integration of new hires through onboarding and orientation programs.Compensation & Benefits:Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the solar industry.Administer payroll, bonuses, and incentive programs.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation, benefits, and taxation.
