Job Description:
Formulating and implementing the annual regional strategy by developing/ modifying strategy for growth in sales and establishing methods to achieve profit targets for generating revenue and manpower planning. Forecasting demands and budgeting of inventory levels, material placement strategy for better market coverage in a very short time. Meeting customer's orders by designing implementing and monitoring inventory levels. Finalizing the institutional/ corporate, turnkey project orders and establishing a track record for the company in terms of dependability & competitiveness. Along with sales, promotional & sales support activities like agronomy, after-sales and training are also
to be managed. Field activities such as the introduction of MIS in new areas with success stories through crop management practices are necessary.
