Description:
Handling coordination and monitoring of various HT transmission / distribution works and associated coordination. should have experience of project coordination /project monitoring and site work of 33kv/132kv transmission lines and substations etc.General Manager – Project Coordination will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of solar and power industry projects. This role involves ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet key performance indicators. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to senior management. Resolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain project progress. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and responsibilities. Provide guidance on best practices, problem-solving, and technical solutions.
