We are looking for a Field Engineer to support our growing service network infrastructure for Banking products. he will be part of a team that is responsible for Service Support for Banking Products (ATM/BNA/Kiosk) that meet business objectives and SLAs in the assigned territory.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Engineer to support our growing service network infrastructure for Banking products. He will be part of a team that is responsible for Service Support for Banking Products (ATM/BNA/Kiosk) that meet business objectives and SLAs in the assigned territory.ATM field technicians travel to client locations to diagnose and troubleshoot the field issues on site. Configuration and installation of banking products.Responsible for the periodic maintenance of machines. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Candidates must have good communication in English, Hindi, and Regional language. Candidate must have working experience in IT services, ATM. Good knowledge about computers, hardware & networking.
