Job Description:
Business Development Manager post for works to improve an organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Understand long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions and responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.​Experience in handling web development and e-commerce projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.Issue all appropriate legal paperwork Report and escalate to management as needed.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.Report and escalate to management as needed.Manage the relationship with the client.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Experience in handling client calls and chats.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a Business Developer in the information technology sector.Good Experience of bidding portals like upwork,guru,pph etc.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, mobile development, web technologies and SEO projects.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Excellent command of written & spoken English.responsible for developing business for the company.Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges,Online Bidding / Writing SRS.
