Job Description:
Solid knowledge, expertise & success in the measurement of marketing campaigns. Proven track record and working experience as a brand manager. Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box. Proven ability to implement brand and marketing strategies. Experience with digital social campaigns. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Budget-management skills and proficiency a must. Ability to use analytical skills to identify challenges & opportunities as it relates to products, category changes, competitive threats and changes in sales in the marketplace.

Therefore, having a grasp of the target market and also potential target markets is the key. What are their reactions to the marketing campaigns? What’s being said on social media and how are people talking about the brand. How is the brand manager, managing or monitoring this process? Make important business decisions: The brand manager can also play a pivotal role within senior management teams when providing feedback and analysis on key brand activity. For example, what return on investment has been seen from particular campaigns? What has worked well for specific products of the brand and what lessons can be learned from others. Furthermore, helping to provide input into future activity as well as feed into help support corporate strategy and
direction. Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value
proposition for short as well as long term. Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media. Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities. Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items. Competitor and customer insights analysis. Optimize, measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
(ROI and KPIs) and adjust accordingly. Experience in Digital Marketing promotion, Even launch on YouTube, Affiliate marketing, E-Mail marketing, Running contests, Google Re-marketing, Guest blogging, Mobile App marketing. Experience in giving inputs for website development/modification.
