Role definition:
Managing the Stores functional activities of the receipt of the material from disposal to Production and input credit of service tax.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Co- ordinate in monitor the departmental activities and advisory on functional aspects to department staff and workers.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accurate records.
- Recording of various costs for the imported consignments and local consignments in CRM.
- Reconciliation with Accounts and Excise on monthly basis for Purchase and credit availed.
- Maintaining the department quality systems. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Generation of various MIS for the stores department including regular reports on store performance, sales, and other relevant metrics.
- Co-ordinate with Excise department in making various MIS.
- Co-ordinate in getting the departmental audit of Excise and Service tax.
- Recording and generating of various of Service Tax Credit recd. From HO, Branches & Udaipur.
- Maintain store security by implementing safety measures and preventing theft.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Co-ordinate with Systems department for modification and change in system applications.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field in Stores and inventory management (preferred).
- Proven experience in Store and inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of retail software and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
