Description:
Should have strong work exposure in the Manufacturing Industry. Prepare manpower forecasts to identify requirements. Work closely with the line managers, supervisors, and corporate recruitment team for recruitment and selection activities. Formulating HR Policies/processes i.e. from Onboarding to Exit formalities. Documenting and updating Company& policies timely wherever required. Accountable for timely improvement in the joining process, and meeting statutory compensation needs. Performance appraisals, company& policies, procedures, guidelines, exit process, etc. Ensuring register maintenance & handled Inspections. Drive HR-wide communication and ensure delivery of the communication programs. Taking care of Salary increments, Promotions, Internal transfers, Confirmations, and Disciplinary issues as per requirement. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Planning and scheduling HR Best Practice Programs for effective employee engagement to improve retention. Working and updating of Employee Manual / Handbook. Compliance with Labor laws. (i.e. register, display, and returns) Taking care of statutory compliance under EPF, ESIC, Factory Act, and Contract Labor Act. Accountable for resolving employee grievances by one on one connection on regular basis.
