Experience 4+ Years in Digital Marketing (Minimum 2 years of TL / SM Experience). Sales exposure is a must. Good knowledge of current technology trends and social media. Understanding of MS Office tools, SEO/SEM techniques & Analytics will be appreciated. Responsible for end-to-end management of digital leads (From inquiry to retail) for the entire personal portfolio. Drive digital initiatives at the dealership to deliver a differentiated customer experience. Devise a strategy and creative ways to drive online traffic to the dealership’s website/social media channels. Adherence to business metrics for Online Lead Management. SPOC at the dealership for all the aspects related to Mahindra’s Digital & Technology initiatives. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customers. experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Responsible for maintaining the Digital Health Index of the dealership. Handholding and improving the digital quotient of dealer manpower.
