Candidates should carry a good experience in High-end jewelry / Diamonds. Solely responsible for my Team's performance and making sure they achieve their respective Sales Targets. Plan and execute strategies in accordance with the management’s goals of new business acquisition and enhancing business from existing clients. Excellent communication skills. Plan and execute in accordance with the management goals for new business acquisitions. Enhancing business from the existing clients. Solely responsible for my Teams performance to achieve the respective sales targets. Scaling business expansion through B2B/B2C Exhibitions and events. International sales (B2C) in international markets. Maximized revenues in several programs by implementing creative sales training techniques. Planning marketing initiatives and leveraging referral networks to promote business development. Developing short-term and long-term sales objectives and strategic plans to meet market needs. Presentations to HNI Wealth Management clients. Managing accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of the business. Define sales strategies to increase points of distribution, shelf space, product positioning, consumer awareness, conversion, and user acquisition.
