Description:
As the Business Head at IVF Hospital, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and growth of the hospital’s operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with senior management to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities will encompass:
Strategic Planning and Implementation:Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the hospital’s mission, vision, and growth objectives. Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities to guide the hospital’s expansion and development. Financial Management: Develop and manage the hospital’s annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective measures as needed.Business Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to expand the hospital’s reach and patient base.Foster relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to drive patient referrals.Team Management and Development:Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and training to enhance skills and capabilities within the team. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the hospital’s operational and financial performance. Generate reports for senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
